ALTIDO is a leading European beyond-hotel accommodation provider born out of a merger of four short-term rental brands: The London Residents Club, BNBBuddy, Hintown & Rent Experience.

ALTIDO currently has a small presence (<20) in the Bristol/Bath area and we are looking for a candidate to take it to the next level. If you’re entrepreneurial, guest-focused, professional, tenacious, non-precious and a bit of a hustler, then this role is perfect for you.

Job Purpose

To supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of a small but growing operation in Bristol & Bath (BB). First in command for the BB operation and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.

To thrive in this role you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. You will have a business mindset and will be able to see the “big picture” in a variety of settings. They will take actions to enhance the company’s cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective.

The goal is to drive the company’s development and guide it towards long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Implement ALTIDO operations procedures and systems in BB, including but not limited to housekeeping, amenities, guest success, property management and maintenance
Build a core team of operations & sales staff and reliable, incentivised contractors (housekeepers and handymen). Advance employee engagement and develop a high performing, well-incentivised team
Responsible for leading Operations, Sales and Onboarding teams; and the growth of the employees therewithin
Oversee all local operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with ALTIDO’s strategy and mission; Redefining beyond-hotel hospitality through local knowledge and a guest-centric approach
Be the face of ALTIDO in BB and the custodian of its reputation and brand; final escalation point for client owners
Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
Create and implement a local budget and P&L for 2020 with ambitious yet realistic growth targets
Build trust relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Seek cost-savings and renegotiate contracts when appropriate
Maintain deep knowledge of the short lettings market and the sharing economy

Reporting to: Regional General Manager
Comp package: £25k to £35k (depending on experience) + incentives linked to profit
