We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team and take our SaaS product to the next level. You will be working closely with strategists, entrepreneurs, researchers, designers, developers and clients on a disruptive new way of tackling the hiring challenge for companies. In this role, you will manage customer queries and complaints.

- Knowing our solution thoroughly to be able to answer questions
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

- Above all, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience with customer support tools such as Intercom or Zendesk
- Fluent in English
