An exciting opportunity has arisen for work from home self employed Call Centre Agents to join our virtual vibrant call centre.
You will be servicing a well known client of your choice. This could be an energy supplier, a coffee supplier or a travel supplier and their customers. The calls will vary and each customer will have specific needs for you to wow them with your great customer service skills.
We believe that work should be flexible and fit round your schedule, that's why we allow you to choose your own hours. Depending on which client you provide services to you can work from 08:00 til 00:00 Monday to Sunday. You can choose your hours in 30 minute intervals.
All we ask is that you provide a minimum of 20 hours per week. It is essential that your commitment adherence is 95% and greater.

The role is 100% telephone based in an exciting and vibrant call centre environment from the comfort of your home and involves handling a large volume of customer accounts on a daily basis.
You will be responsible for mainly handling inbound calls through an automated dallier, speaking to our clients customers with different enquiries.
Each client will provide full training to ensure your at your best.
