About the role

We are looking for a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist who will apply their expertise and experience to help us build our D&I platform.

Responsibilities
• Define the D&I strategy, policies and processes
• Support our partners in integrating the D&I strategy into their business processes including recruitment, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement and retention
• Manage D&I initiatives including trainings and business support activities
• Coordinate and collaborate with D&I governance bodies
• Raise visibility of D&I globally through communication campaigns
• Provide strategic advice, engage and consult stakeholders and senior management on D&I initiatives
• Build and monitor D&I metrics

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years expertise in a D&I or HR function
• Sound D&I knowledge (Research, Networking, Benchmarks, Best practices)
• Proven ability to think strategically and creatively around D&I application to HR, the business and employees
• Strong communication skills and ability to build solid relationships
• Organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in a global environment using remote communications with high intercultural awareness
• Knowledge of related HR laws and regulations
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Fluent English language skills
