You will be joining Flaunt Digital at an exciting time and following significant growth of the SEO department. You will report directly to the CEO and have a great opportunity to really make an impact in a growing agency. You will be expected to work autonomously and should be comfortable with all aspects of SEO including onsite technicals, offsite link acquisition, content optimisation and production, forecasting, pitch prep is not a requirement but is beneficial.

Be able to communicate with clients in all situations effectively.
Strong planning, organisational and forecasting skills
Be able to analyse a client or prospects website and propose the most appropriate strategy and opportunity.
Perform technical audits.
Perform offsite audits.
Keyword and opportunity scoping.
Be aware of industry tracking and measurement techniques and best practices.
Familiar industry tools such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Accuranker etc
Basic knowledge of web development.
Good understanding of CRO and UX.
Keep clients updated on campaign activity and attend meetings as required.
Ensure all activity is aligned with client objectives and goals.
Provide analysis and make recommendations to improve programme performance.
Work closely with other members of the team and cross-department to uncover opportunities and enhance knowledge.
Provide monthly performance reports and ad hoc analysis as required.
Keep abreast of industry developments.
Work with management to develop sales documents.
Develop junior members of the team.
Proficient in Excel.
