About the role
The Marketing Associate’s primary responsibility is to help the Company to achieve its business goals through building strong marketing campaigns. Specifically, the Marketing Associate is responsible for handling the Company’s digital marketing program. REVENUE GROWTH SUPPORT •Conduct marketing research and identify new revenue opportunities •Keep organized records of metrics and results of past campaigns •Prepare regular sales forecasting reports •Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates •Assist in the production of sales and marketing literature •Develop presentations and proposals as required DIGITAL MARKETING •Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is foremost of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing •Develop various strategies for marketing the Company’s brand through the internet •Oversee a social media strategy •Manage and maintain the Company’s website •Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter •Coordinate with design and content partners to create material (e.g. brochures, webinars, podcasts) •Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites •Arrange webinars and webcasts •Write copy for email marketing campaigns •Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports •Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website (s) TRADITIONAL MARKETING •Identify opportunities for the Company to attend conferences and networking events •Assist with organizing Company events •Work on printed material to supplement online products •Manage the Company’s drip campaigns in collaboration with the Revenue Growth Team •Liaising with events coordinators to maximize visibility at conferences, receptions, and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate •Attending key conferences to manage the booth, do customer interviews and focus groups •Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services. QUALIFICATIONS • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field • 1 – 2 yrs experience in a similar role.
