About the role
The Research and Talent Associate’s primary responsibility is to provide administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The RTA assists with the screening and interview process, and provides other support, as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Conduct research on candidate skill set and demographics to identify leads, building talent pools of both active and passive candidates •Research and compile candidate data, competitive intelligence, hiring trends and market insights to assist in the recruiting process •Utilize both traditional and non-traditional candidate sources such as job boards, internal databases, search engines, social media, web mining to build a live network of candidates. •Partner with the Talent team to understand current and future recruitment needs •Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates across different domains •Identify, pre-screen and evaluate both passive and active candidates. •Update and maintain candidate records using the electronic database provided KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to pivot priorities and work under pressure while being client-focused. •Must have high attention to detail. Experience handling restricted information in a confidential manner. •Highly polished and professional business communication skills: verbal and written •Must be able to interact with a diverse group of people, including all levels of leadership •Ability to take direction as well as work independently and be team-oriented •Results and performance-driven; focus on continuous improvement and learning •Process and measurement oriented and know how to prioritize and organize activities •Strong computer skills: Applicant tracking, Social Media; MS Office; Google Suite, etc. QUALIFICATIONS • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. • Professional certification may be an advantage
