About the role
Essential Roles & Responsibilities: Provide high-quality support for our products; Proactive and able to understand new technologies quickly Work with clients to resolve technical issues; Escalate issues to the 2nd and 3rd line of support when necessary; Develop Knowledge Base content; Be part of our 24/7 on-call schedule Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree Customer support experience Excellent verbal and written communication; Light knowledge of Linux operating systems; Shell scripting programming; Strong attention to detail; Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload; Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks efficiently; Adaptable, professional, courteous, and motivated; Able to work individually or as a member of a team; Nice to have Debian or Ubuntu Linux distributions; SMTP protocol and Postfix email server; OpenLDAP server.
