We are an InsurTech start-up business with a great ambition – to transform the insurance market in Portugal. We believe that buying insurance should be simple, easy and transparent.

With that in mind, we are developing a new insurance distribution model that will be launched to the Portuguese consumers in 2019.

Our team is growing, and we are now recruiting an ambitious Senior Front-End Developer to join our team.

What are the main responsibilities?

• Develop & scale our e-commerce platform
• Work closely with backend engineers to connect APIs and make necessary recommendations
• Collaborate with product owners to deliver the best UX
• Ensure UI Usability & Accessibility

What experience is required to succeed in this role?

• Development experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Knowledge and experience with a good range of technologies such as React, Node, Angular
• JavaScript test tools (e.g., Mocha, Jasmine, Jest, Protactor, Selenium, etc.)
• Experience in implementing WebServices and working with APIs (GraphQL)
• Knowledge of transfer protocols HTTP(s), REST, JSON
• Creative thinking, analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Knowledge of User Experience (UX) design
