Provide VoIP and IT Support/Helpdesk functions to offices for the standard hardware, software and voice/data network solutions; Provide business hours remote/on-site support for hardware, software and network connectivity issues; Liaise with the third-party vendors who currently supply outsourced IT services, and builds relationships with new vendors as the business grows
