About the role

Job Summary
The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer will be an Expert in API 20E and 20F bolting. The Engineer will ensure that Critical Bolting supplier root cause investigations and corrective actions following a formally identified issue (via NCR, FPR or CPAR etc) meet the standards set out by OneSubsea.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform Regular Process Audits and assessment of the critical suppliers against Schlumberger and industry standards/expectations
Facilitate PPA, PPM and MPS as a specific risk mitigation activity with suppliers where indicated by supply performance, procurement activity or other input.
Perform new Critical Bolting Supplier assessments as required to support procurement objectives, in line with established procedures
Deliver training and support as necessary to suppliers in order for them to meet Schlumberger supply expectations i.e. Schlumberger BOM, problem solving, 6S etc
Provide support to procurement teams in relation to supplier action plans resulting from NCRs, VCI etc
Maintain all necessary records and metrics associated with the above
Contribute to the promotion of quality awareness and continual improvement cultures throughout the supply chain and internally within Schlumberger.
Maintenance of our Critical Bolting AVL (X-004032)
Coverage: All the assigned Suppliers in the North America and GOM used by the Schlumberger Segment.
Reporting: Interface with the Cameron Corporate SQD Group

Minimum Job Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Production or Metallurgy
5 years minimum experience at a critical bolting manufacturer
