Tilly was born out of our own struggles to have children - our own fertility frustration. We think it’s time to enable more proactive understanding of reproductive health, and to create a product that supports and empowers those facing fertility challenges.

We’re part of a startup accelerator program, have just received our first investment and have ambitious growth plans, and we now need a developer and/or a CTO to make it all happen!

We’re developing a product (web & app) that makes fertility information, testing and guidance more accessible and more personalized. Tilly wants to put women and men in control of their own fertility journey, and enable more patient centered fertility treatment. Data is at the core of what we do, and our long-term vision is that the data gathered can enable a higher degree of precision medicine within fertility treatments, improving fertility care for people worldwide.

We want you to take long term ownership of our technology development, but your initial role description can vary depending on your background. You could start as our developer and grow into the CTO-role or perhaps you’re already ready for it. Either way, you will work hands-on with developing our product at the start and you should be a fullstack developer with app development experience. We believe you have a problem-solving attitude and a strong interest in the end-user experience, and most importantly, that you share our passion to improve fertility care.

Short term you will…
…play a key role in developing our prototype into a full-scale product ready for launch during next year
…break down complex problems and features to ensure that we build our offering iteratively and deliver value to our customers

More long term, if you want to take on the CTO-role, you will take responsibility for…
…building our tech team going forward as well as managing external developers when needed
…defining a platform architecture that enables scaling, flexibility and quality
…ensuring that technology standards and best practices are met; supervise quality assurance processes, integration, system tests etc.

We’re looking for someone who…
…has experience of working with React and/or React Native
…has a strong devotion for structure and a genuine affection for solving problems
…has a keen interest in UX/UI and the end-user experience
…feel comfortable working in a high performance and ambitious team, always looking to grow and develop your skills
…possibly has experience/interest in working with big data/machine learning (not a requirement)
