troo is a brand new way SMEs access services. We are currently looking for additional troo guides to join our successful team guiding SMEs to the right utility deal.
Immediate starts available In Brief - we want you to be a LEAD GENERATOR, TELE-SELLER, as well as giving first class customer service.

Main Purpose Reporting to the Commercial Manager -
To generate new sales, introductions and educates SMEs to the troo platform.
Following targets set, contribute to the overall business objectives.
Consistently perform to high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities To generate new customers, linked directly to the current business plan.
Focus and drive to achieve targets, concentrate on developing quality contacts rather than quantity. Cold calling activity to increase volume/revenue, while maximising profitability.
To identify sales opportunities and efficiently present key features of our services to secure new business. Describe the product/service benefits and any special offers or promotions. Advise how these may benefit customers personally.
Gather and document information about the customer.
Customer Relationship Management - enter your notes into the database, including dates re any follow-up calls.
Ensure that all client details are fully completed, including marketing information, within the company’s database.
To continually promote company image through all activities. Identify prospects for external visits.
To ensure that quarterly objectives, as agreed with your line manager, are achieved.
Focus on results and willingly tackle problems or conflicts which threaten their achievement.
Bring a sense of urgency to situations, demonstrate an active approach, be willing to get involved to increase the pace and achieve goals and objectives.
